Each module has a clear purpose and outcome that accelerates vision and value. Together, modules 1 and 2 represent about a week of effort — a few hours of customer pre‐work, an Executive Alignment session, technical enablement and builder readiness, and a two‐day hands‐on facilitated builder session working in your environment and code. Run them condensed in a single week, or executed serially at your team's pace.

A standalone engagement combining only add-ons can be scoped as a custom workshop, but it would not qualify for ACP funding or the partner‐accelerated build benefits. We strongly recommend running the full core to unlock the full value.
During Executive Alignment, we explore pricing and monetization hypotheses with your team to establish a starting charter with validated vision, value, and a defensible moat. We don't promise a fully co‐built CFO business case in the engagement itself. After ACP, AWS continues to work with you to dive deeper on the business case and monetization strategy — that's where the unit economics and pricing model get refined.
