Two core modules — anchored by the basics

Each module has a clear purpose and outcome that accelerates vision and value. Together, modules 1 and 2 represent about a week of effort — a few hours of customer pre‐work, an Executive Alignment session, technical enablement and builder readiness, and a two‐day hands‐on facilitated builder session working in your environment and code. Run them condensed in a single week, or executed serially at your team's pace.

What are the core modules of ACP?

Two: Executive Alignment and Builder Days. Together they produce a validated agentic charter and a working prototype. Both are required for a customer engagement to qualify as ACP and to access ACP funding benefits.

Can we add Monetization or Go‐to‐Market without the core?

Add-ons such as Monetization Strategy and Go‐to‐Market Planning are designed to extend the core program — they layer onto Executive Alignment and Builder Days. A standalone engagement combining only add-ons can be scoped as a custom workshop, but it would not qualify for ACP funding or the partner‐accelerated build benefits. We strongly recommend running the full core to unlock the full value.

How is monetization handled in ACP?

During Executive Alignment, we explore pricing and monetization hypotheses with your team to establish a starting charter with validated vision, value, and a defensible moat. We don't promise a fully co‐built CFO business case in the engagement itself. After ACP, AWS continues to work with you to dive deeper on the business case and monetization strategy — that's where the unit economics and pricing model get refined.

Is ACP the same as a typical hackathon or POC?

No. ACP starts with executive alignment on vision and value before any code is written. The prototype built during Builder Days is measured against success metrics your leadership signed off on — so you walk away with a business‐aligned proof, not a science project.

Why does the C‐suite need to participate?

Agentic AI is a strategic bet, and strategy is a leadership job. A short, focused executive session compresses what would otherwise take months of committee meetings. The technical team builds with confidence because the business has already aligned on the "why."

Are we locked into a specific AWS technology stack?

No. ACP is stack‐flexible. We help you identify the best‐fit architecture and tooling for your bet — whether that's AWS‐native services, a partner platform, or a hybrid approach.

What does the partner funding cover?

Up to $50K of AWS‐funded support flows to a qualified AWS partner to accelerate your first downstream milestone — typically prototype hardening or initial production work. It's available only to engagements that complete both core modules. No long‐term partnership commitment is required.

We're already running agents in production. Is ACP still for us?

Yes. ACP serves ISVs across the full agentic maturity curve. For customers in production, the value shifts toward expansion — new bets, new pricing models, new markets, and deeper strategic alignment. The two core modules still apply.

Is there a cost to participate?

ACP is a complimentary AWS investment for qualified ISVs. The only cost to you is your team's time and the executive commitment to act on what you build.
